These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SolveUp ("the Service"), operated by Popular Book Store, Chandigarh, India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
SolveUp is an AI-powered doubt-solving and test preparation platform for students preparing for JEE, NEET, and Class 11–12 board examinations. The Service provides doubt resolution, weekly tests, and performance analytics.
Answers are sourced from NCERT textbooks, NCERT Exemplar, and JEE past year question papers. While we strive for accuracy, SolveUp is a supplementary study tool and should not be the sole source of exam preparation.
The Service is intended for students aged 13 and above. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has consented to your use of the Service.
You register using your mobile phone number via OTP verification. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
SolveUp offers the following paid plans:
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period even if you cancel. We do not offer automatic renewals at this time — you will be notified before your plan expires.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full Standard plan access. No payment details are required during the trial. At the end of the trial, access reverts to a limited state until a plan is purchased.
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary, we offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase if the service is materially defective. No refunds are provided for change of mind after 48 hours.

All content generated by SolveUp — including AI responses, test questions, and analytics — is owned by or licensed to SolveUp. NCERT content is used under fair use for educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from the Service.
SolveUp is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific academic results or exam scores. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid in the month the issue occurred.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chandigarh, India.
